How To Use
Do Not Exceed 2 Scoops Per Day.
Mix 1 scoop of Joint & Bone with 8-100z of water or beverage of you choice, vary amount of liquid as per taste. Start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days.
