How To Use
Consume 1–3 servings daily, ideally before or after training.
Mix 30g (around one heaped scoop) with 200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. For a thicker consistency, use less liquid or non-skimmed milk.
Once mixed, drink immediately. The scoop measures volume, not weight, so for accuracy we recommend using scales.
This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for such. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Not intended for use by anyone under 16. Keep out of reach of young children.
